RACK//MODE currently ships physical products to eligible addresses in Australia.

Shipping cost

We currently offer free standard shipping to eligible Australian addresses. The shipping method and any applicable charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing & delivery

Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Delivery times can vary by destination, carrier availability, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Address details

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered dispatch processing, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Digital products

Digital products do not require physical shipping and are delivered electronically according to the instructions provided with the product or order.
