Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you access rackmode.shop or purchase products from RACK//MODE. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies made available on the store.

Orders and pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and checkout. We may correct genuine pricing, product-information or availability errors before an order is fulfilled. An order is subject to acceptance and may be cancelled where permitted by law, including where an item is unavailable or an obvious error has occurred.

Your information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in information supplied with an order.

Products

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Minor differences in colour or appearance can occur because of screens, lighting and manufacturing variation. Product use must follow any supplied instructions and warnings.

Digital training content

Digital training plans and related materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only unless we agree otherwise in writing. They may not be resold, redistributed or republished.

Training content is general educational information and is not medical advice. Exercise involves inherent risk. Choose exercises, loads and intensity appropriate to your circumstances and seek qualified medical or professional advice where appropriate. Individual results are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, graphics, text and original digital materials are owned by or licensed to RACK//MODE and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers and delivery providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, consumer guarantee, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the store at the time of your order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
